Meditation

Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:30pm
In the zen tradition we sit together and awaken from within.

25 min ~ sitting
10 min ~ walking
25 min ~ sitting
30 min ~ short dharma reading & discussion.

Please arrive in time to be seated on a cushion (bring your own or we
have some) or chair before 6pm. If this is your first time meditating
please plan on arriving 15 minutes early for instruction. RSVP to
confirm via text, or call Vivian Howell 203-912-7300.

There is no cost for the meditation. Contributions are welcome.
